Risk Assessment Solutions, LLC , ‘Non-Profit Protector’ a Loss Prevention & Risk Management System Designed For Non-Profits was created by Dennis Clark. Dennis is originally from Buffalo, New York and has been a resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida for 50 years.

From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Clark served as Broward County Market President with the largest bank headquartered in Florida. Prior to 2004, he pursued a banking career for some 20 years serving the last 10 of those years as president of the Southeast Bank of Galt Ocean Mile in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Between those banking positions, he served as CEO of Goodwill industries of Broward County for 13 years.

His extensive banking and Non-Profit experiences contributed to his belief that many Non-Profit organizations could benefit from:

• Comprehensive policies for Executives with a systematic way to recurringly re-evaluate the most significant risks in the major business functions under their control
• Detailed job descriptions for executives, financial officers, major committees and administration
• Detailed system for regular risk reviews to eliminate financial and fraud risk
